HRsmart Launches New Interactive Onboarding Solution

Allows For Online Completion Of Government Forms With Automatic Feed To Clients’ HRIS
 

Richardson, TX — HRsmart, a global leader in talent management technology solutions, raises the benchmark in Onboarding functionality with its new module that allows new hires to complete government and company forms online with an e-signature. This new technology also allows the forms to be automatically sent to the corresponding departments and feeds the information directly into the clients' HRIS.

With HRsmart's new Onboarding solution, all relevant documents will appear in the candidate's career center where the candidate can easily complete the pre-populated forms online. Recruiters are notified of status and can participate in the process as well. Standard forms with the module include the I-9, W-4 and applicable state tax forms among others.
