Brooksbank and Eaga Group Ltd
It started
and finished with one simple phone call……………….
During a meeting,
Recruitment Manager Nicky Saunderson a client of our partners
Feather Brooksbank, mentioned a forthcoming project to consider
installing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Nicky an experienced Recruitment specialist had installed
an ATS at her previous company and on Joining The Eaga Partnership
she was charged with a project to select and implement one
to cope with a rapidly expanding organisation set to double
its workforce to 2400 by 2008.
Anna Fleetwood of Feather Brooksbank knew and understood
the ATS offered by HRsmart and after a brief conversation
with Nicky suggested she make the introduction.
After that call, HRsmart met Nicky and introduced the ATsmart
applicant tracking system. Nicky discussed standard functions
and finally a specification that incorporated a standard ATsmart
solution with the addition of the offer management module,
CV parsing facility and a small amount of customisation to
precisely reflect the Eaga group’s needs.
After financial, technical and commercial evaluation; Eaga
chose HRsmart’s proposal and commenced with implementation.
The ATS went ‘live’ on 30th July 2006 and the
initial phone call was on May 23rd 2006. Just 12 weeks from
initial contact.
Of the introduction Anna Fleetwood said “we mentioned
our partners HRsmart because we knew that their system was
market leading and was able to meet and exceed the Eaga Group’s
expectations of what an ATS should do. We knew they were looking
to save time and money within their recruitment process and
we believed that the installation of HRSmart’s ATS system
would achieve that.”
Nicky Saunderson of the Eaga Partneship has commented on
